BOP Presence uses Wi-Fi sensing technology to detect human movement — without cameras, microphones, or wearables. It learns daily routines and alerts caregivers through the BOP App when abnormal activity patterns are detected.

Unlike CCTVs & Motion Sensors, BOP Presence is completely non-intrusive — it does not capture any images or videos, which ensures seniors' privacy is fully protected. In addition, it blends naturally into the home like a regular smart plug and seniors can go about their day without feeling that they are being "watched". Lastly, BOP Presence can even detect movement behind walls and furniture, offering greater accuracy than traditional monitoring solutions.

Typically, three plugs cover up to 140 sqm, which is sufficient for most apartments. For larger homes, you can add more devices to extend the coverage, and you can even divide the space into multiple zones for more granular monitoring.

Yes, you can filter out small pets to reduce false alerts by customizing the sensitivity level using the BOP App.

No. The BOP Response Centre does not have access to the data from BOP Presence.

BOP Button is an emergency alert button designed to immediately signal for help or assistance in emergency situations. When activated, it sends a distress signal and activates a 2-way communication to our BOP Response Centre.

When the BOP Button is pressed, it triggers an alarm or distress signal that is transmitted to our BOP Response Centre. Our BOP Response Centre is staffed with trained individuals who will contact you through the BOP Button and take appropriate action, such as contacting emergency services or dispatching assistance. This service is only available in Singapore.

BOP Button can be used for medical emergencies or personal safety concerns.

At this moment, we are only offering one type of BOP Button. More types of BOP Buttons will be released in the future. Works are currently in progress.

If you accidentally activate the button, you can quickly press the cancel button at the side. Alternatively, if you failed to press the cancel button, remain calm, and wait for a response from the BOP Response Centre. They will attempt to contact you to confirm your situation. Respond promptly to their inquiries to avoid unnecessary dispatching of emergency services.

The automated voice in the BOP Button supports English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Teo Chew.

Yes, the BOP Button is waterproof. We highly recommend that you install one BOP Button in each of your bathrooms.

No, the BOP Button is designed to be installed on the wall at your home. There is no GPS tracker installed in the BOP Button. In case of an emergency, the emergency services will be heading to your home.
