• Use the Services for any harmful or malicious purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Use the Services in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products and Services

BOP provides emergency alert devices and monitoring services. While we strive to ensure the reliability of our products and services, we cannot guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Our emergency response services are dependent on various factors, including but not limited to network connectivity, device functionality, and proper use. We recommend regular testing of devices to ensure proper operation.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some of our Services require payment or subscription. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription plan you choose.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing a notice through our Services, or updating the date at the top of these Terms.
