Emergency Contact Information (Phone Number)
When you register as a sponsor or set up a care recipient profile, we collect your phone number.
This number is used solely for emergency alert purposes — to enable our care operators to contact you immediately when the care recipient's device (e.g., Fall Sensor or Personal Alert Button) detects a fall or other emergency event.
Your emergency contact number is not used for marketing, analytics, or promotional activities, and is not shared with any third parties except as required to deliver the emergency alert service (e.g., through our secure communication provider).
This data is collected and stored in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, and is necessary for the app's core safety functionality.
With whom do we share the personal data?
The Company may disclose personal data about you to the following third parties for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
- Our affiliates (including but not limited to our parent company and subsidiaries) and third party service providers; where such disclosure is required, we will ensure our affiliates is in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
- Person or corporation to whom you have given consent to disclose your personal data.
